Job Description FTE: Full-time, 6-month position Location: Ringwood office hybrid working conditions (3 days WFH & 2 days in the office) Hourly Pay: $48.14 per hour Generous Salary Packaging: Up to $18,550 What you’ll be doing As a Data Analyst, you’ll support the delivery and continuous improvement of reporting, dashboards, and data services across the organisation. Working closely with the Business Intelligence team and internal stakeholders, your impact will include: Managing and resolving support requests related to reporting, dashboards, and data services Maintaining and administering Microsoft Power BI workspaces, including user access, datasets, and reporting environments Monitoring and troubleshooting data refreshes, reporting issues, and system performance Supporting the development and enhancement of dashboards, reports, and data models Analysing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement Contributing to data quality, validation, and testing activities Promoting a self-service data culture by supporting users to access and interpret reporting tools Maintaining documentation, data dictionaries, and knowledge resources You’ll play an important role in ensuring our data platforms are reliable, accessible, and meaningful for teams delivering services in the community. Who we’re looking for You’re a collaborative and detail-oriented Data Analyst who enjoys solving problems and making data meaningful for others. You’re confident working with stakeholders and can translate technical concepts into clear, practical insights. You’ll bring: Experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting environments Experience in not-for-profit, health, or community services Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI (reporting, dashboards, and workspace administration) Strong SQL skills for data extraction, querying, and validation Experience with Power Query (M) and DAX Understanding of data modelling principles in a reporting environment Ability to interpret data to support decision-making and service improvement Experience managing requests through ticketing systems (e.g. Jira or similar) Strong communication skills, with the ability to support non-technical users Desirable: Working knowledge of Python Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence
