Job Description We are looking for a Process Redesign Specialist to join a high-performing Process Excellence team supporting large-scale transformation across both operational and technology environments. This role focuses on analysing, redesigning and improving end-to-end business processes across customer, operational, and enabling functions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams and technology partners to understand current ways of working, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state processes that are scalable, measurable and aligned to business outcomes. You will operate at the intersection of process improvement and transformation delivery , ensuring that process design supports both day-to-day operations and the successful implementation of new platforms, systems and capabilities. This includes working across operational process improvement initiatives as well as technology-led programs such as ERP, CRM, service management and data-driven transformation. In this role, you will lead end-to-end process redesign activities, using Lean Six Sigma techniques to identify root causes, eliminate inefficiencies and improve performance. You will facilitate workshops, produce high-quality process documentation in BPMN, define measurable outcomes, and support the embedding of new processes into business operations to ensure sustainable change.
