We are committed to improving our clients’ quality of life with a holistic approach. About the Role We are seeking Disability and Mental Health Support Workers with experience to join our team. Positions are available across South Australia. As a Support Worker, you will assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, meal preparation, social and recreational activities, and community access. You will also support participants with medication requirements and complex behaviours. Shifts are available Monday through Sunday, with times varying from a minimum of 2 hours to 8 hours, including morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight (active and passive) shifts. Key Responsibilities Personal care and daily living support Support with complex behaviours Domestic duties and home support Transport and community access Social and recreational participation Promote independence and skill development Follow care plans, maintain documentation, and monitor progress Work collaboratively with participants, families, and colleagues Qualifications and Requirements Certificate III in Disability, Aged Care, Individual Support, or Certificate IV in Mental Health Current First Aid and CPR certificates NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check Assist with Medication certificate (or willingness to obtain) Current full Driver’s licence Reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance Experience with autism, mental health, or challenging behaviors (highly regarded) Right to work in Australia Why Join Us?
