Lucette is a French bistro on Bowral’s High Street, right in the heart of the Southern Highlands, just 90 minutes from Sydney. We’ve opened strong and are looking for chefs to join the kitchen team as we continue to build momentum. This role suits a chef who enjoys working in a well-run, organised kitchen and takes pride in good food, solid technique and consistency. You’ll work closely with our senior kitchen team and owners in a supportive environment focused on quality, teamwork and calm, professional service.
