What You’ll Be Doing Lead the Shop: Oversee daily workshop operations, manage workflow, and mentor junior techs/apprentices. Diagnose & Repair: Perform advanced diagnostics, servicing, and major overhauls on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVS, and a wide range of outdoor power equipment (mowers, chainsaws, generators, etc.). Quality Control: Ensure all work leaving the shop meets top-tier safety and performance standards. Customer Interaction: Translate "mechanic speak" into plain English for customers, providing accurate repair estimates and solid advice. Keep it Organized: Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment, including parts inventory management. What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional mechanical experience working with small engines, powersports, or marine equipment. Attitude: A problem-solver with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a pride in workmanship. What’s in It for You? Competitive pay structure with performance-based incentives and commissions. A diverse, fast-paced work environment where no two days are the same. Ongoing factory training and professional development. Generous staff discounts on gear, vehicles, bikes, parts, and equipment. A great team culture with a crew that lives and breathes the industry.
