About the company Be! Building Group specialises in Commercial, Government and Retirement Living construction on the Sunshine Coast and throughout Queensland. About the project / role Located in Helensvale, Gold Coast. Construction of 17 independent retirement living units, maintenance shed and carpark. The role is for a 6-month contract to complete the final stage (12 independent living units), which have commenced construction. Role will be based on site in Helensvale. Reasonable working hour expectations, Monday-Friday. Role Responsibilities Manage the project team to ensure adherence with budget, program and quality outcomes. Oversee adherence with workplace health and safety and environmental legislation, client specific and company requirements. Oversee and support Contract Administrator functions Support site management team with technical expertise as required. Develop and submit project reports to business managers. Required Skills & Experience Self-sufficient ability to carry out role responsibilities. Minimum 3 years prior experience as a Project Manager. Knowledge and experience in Gold Coast Construction market. Integrity. Excellent Communication and attention to detail. Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new processes or software.
