The successful applicant will need to possess the following Trade Qualification minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery Relevant industry experience 3 Years in a similar role Experience in pub/tavern cooking environment A positive attitude Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail Strong work ethic Able to work unsupervised and also in a team environment Able to work a varying roster including nights, weekends and split shifts Ability to perform under pressure Sound understanding of HACCP and Food Safety Regulations and Requirements.
