About the Role As an Executive Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Building Compliance Directorate. This dynamic position provides high-level, confidential executive and project support to the Director and leadership team. Key Responsibilities - Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Director and Directorate. - Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and maintain accurate records. - Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, briefing notes, and presentations. - Oversee administrative systems and processes, including procurement, invoicing, and contract management. - Deliver secretariat support for project meetings and committees. - Assist with project management activities, including documentation and reporting. - Act as a key liaison with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Use advanced Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and electronic systems to complete tasks efficiently. - Problem-solve and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
