Assistant Project Officer Temporary opportunity for up to 4 years Clerk Grade 5/6 - $99,938 to $110,271 base salary per annum superannuation and annual leave loading Bathurst location - Regular office attendance required, flexible working may be available in line with the DCS Flexible Working Policy About Spatial Services Spatial Services, a division of the Department of Customer Service is the key provider of spatial land information services in New South Wales. Spatial Services' integrated framework connects the people of NSW to a comprehensive package of land and property services including property information, surveying and mapping. Spatial Services' provides land information services to individuals, businesses, government agencies and non-profit organisations throughout NSW, Australia and internationally. About the Role As an Assistant Project Officer you will undertake a range of project research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects, in line with established project plans and objectives. The role may sit within a range of Spatial Services teams and may specialise in one of the following programs: general business area support and administration including invoicing and reconciliation operation of and support for the Remote Sensing, Services and Equipment (ReSSE) prequalification scheme The ideal candidate will demonstrate: The ability to assist in managing projects to a high quality and deadlines Flexibility and adaptability to both a changing environment and project priorities Ability to think creatively and collaborate with others toward a common vision Strong communication and engagement skills with internal and external stakeholders.
