What You’ll Do Drive high‑quality, data‑driven insights that shape operational and strategic decisions across the business. Reporting to the Manager, Business Reporting & Analytics, you will: Build best‑practice Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic data models Be a trusted analytics partner to the business, turning stakeholder needs into insights that drive decisions. Conduct deep‑dive analytics, predictive modelling, and scenario analysis Define KPIs/metrics and promote endorsed metric frameworks Manage reporting and analytics work pipelines to ensure prioritised, on‑time delivery Lift organisational data literacy through training, documentation, and self‑service enablement Ensure data integrity, governance alignment, and analytics standards across the business What You’ll Bring 5 years in data analytics / BI roles Expert Power BI skills including advanced DAX and semantic modelling (certs desirable) Strong SQL capability and experience with data warehousing Experience designing scalable data models and applying statistical/predictive techniques Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high‑quality outputs Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience delivering end‑user training and enabling self‑service BI Exposure to Tableau, ITIL frameworks, or asset‑intensive industries is advantageous Why join us?
