About the Role Rawlinsons is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our Perth team on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects throughout Western Australia including sports and recreation, commercial, community, health, education, retail, residential, and infrastructure developments. As part of the Rawlinsons team, you will also have access to our new Rawlinsons Cost Data platform, providing one of the most comprehensive construction pricing databases in Australia to support your estimating and cost planning work. Benefits and Perks Work with one of Western Australia’s leading cost consultancy firms Flexible working arrangements supporting work/life balance Direct mentorship and support from experienced Directors Opportunity to work across diverse and high-profile projects Direct client engagement and industry exposure Additional annual leave day each year Ongoing CPD and professional development Clear career progression opportunities Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be involved in: Preparation of cost estimates and cost plans Feasibility studies and early project cost advice Measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities Cost advice throughout design development Tender analysis and procurement support Ongoing project cost management and reporting Liaison with clients, consultants and project teams Skills and Experience Applicants should have: 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying / Cost Planning role A tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Construction Management, or similar Experience preparing top-down and detailed cost plans Experience in Bills of Quantities measurement (ASMM preferred) Strong client communication and relationship skills Excellent time management and organisational ability Ability to work both independently and within a team Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and coordinate activities to deliver project outcomes within required timeframes Experience with CostX estimating software, or similar Professional accreditation or progress toward AIQS or RICS membership is desirable Employment Details Full-time position Flexible start and finish times Salary commensurate with experience Based in Perth, Western Australia On-site parking included Applicants must have full Australian working rights and be currently residing in Perth.
