This full-time role will provide Administrative support to both our Mackay and Sarina Locations. The Position: As Administrator , you will be responsible for the following areas: - Assistance in development of quotes Daily timesheet reconciliation to dockets Day-to-day office/administration support to team of Supervisors Booking accommodation for the workforce Workforce planning & assisting in asset allocation Experience Requirements: 2 years experience in an Administration role Proficient with Microsoft Excel Confident with Microsoft Office and general computer use Strong communication skills – both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail and time management Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently Friendly and professional attitude Attractive remuneration package with opportunities for career growth within a well-established company.
