About the role We are seeking a skilled and experienced Qualified Waterproofer to join our team at Gold Coast Commercial Waterproofing Pty Ltd. This full-time position is based in Currumbin, Queensland, and will involve delivering high-quality waterproofing services to commercial and residential clients. What you'll be doing Carrying out all aspects of waterproofing, including preparation, application of waterproofing membranes, and finishing works Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements Collaborating with clients, project managers, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project delivery Maintaining a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on the most suitable waterproofing solutions for their needs Polyurea High Pressure spraying knowledge is an advantage but not critical What we're looking for Formal qualifications in waterproofing, with a minimum of 3 years' practical experience in the industry Trade certification in waterproofing is essential for this role Thorough understanding of waterproofing materials, techniques, and industry standards Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges on-site Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and other stakeholders Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Current driver's licence and reliable transportation Permanent residency status or Australian citizenship is required What we offer At Gold Coast Commercial Waterproofing, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
