Who We Are Crushing Dynamics QLD are a multi-functional crushing enterprise located in the industrial heart of South-East Queensland. We service some of the region’s biggest civil projects through the production of road bases, aggregates, and dust. We currently operate with a medium-sized team, however with forecasted business growth and additional capabilities being introduced to the quarry, we are expecting significant expansion and diversification. This site-based role involves fixed and mobile crushing plant maintenance, including mechanical repairs, breakdown response, fabrication work, and reporting of required maintenance activities. You will be working within a small maintenance team to ensure all designated work is completed safely and efficiently. Your Skills and Experience • High level of experience in safety management • Experience repairing and maintaining conveyor belts, crushing, and screening systems • Experience working with trucks and heavy earthmoving equipment highly regarded • Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks • Competent welding and fabrication skills required • Strong understanding of preventative maintenance and diagnostic fault finding • Strong time management skills • High attention to detail • Commitment to WHS and safe work practices • Forklift Licence, Working at Heights, EWP, and First Aid highly regarded • Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or relevant mechanical trade qualification Experience with quarry maintenance, projects, and plant upgrades will be highly regarded.
