Enterprise Architect – NV1 Cleared Canberra ACT | Hybrid Working Arrangements | EL2 Equivalent Contract Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support a high-profile federal government digital transformation environment. This role will provide senior-level architectural guidance across enterprise platforms, cloud, infrastructure, integration, applications, and data domains. This is an excellent opportunity for a pragmatic and delivery-focused architect who can work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, delivery teams, and vendors to support complex ICT initiatives and strategic technology decisions. Key Responsibilities Provide practical enterprise architecture advice across digital platforms and enterprise technologies Assess solution options, identify risks and dependencies, and recommend fit-for-purpose approaches Support delivery teams to align solutions with enterprise architecture direction and standards Develop and maintain architecture artefacts including current/future state views, standards, and patterns Contribute to architecture governance, assurance activities, and design reviews Support cloud, infrastructure, integration, ERP, and enterprise systems uplift initiatives Communicate technical concepts clearly to senior business and technology stakeholders Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as a senior Enterprise Architect within large and complex organisations Strong ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions Experience providing architecture guidance across multiple domains including applications, cloud, infrastructure, integration, and data Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Experience working within APS procurement and delivery environments, including Digital Marketplace or similar arrangements Experience contributing to enterprise capability mapping and architecture planning Desirable Experience with ERP programs or enterprise resource planning platforms Experience contributing to technology and investment roadmaps Experience supporting architecture governance and assurance processes Security Clearance Current NV1 security clearance is mandatory (must be active or reinstatable).
