SCL Automotive is a large dealer Group in the South of Adelaide with brands such as: Mazda, Volkswagen , GWM, Holden (GM) and LDV along with a large used car site. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the day-to-day management of workshop activities, ensuring timely and efficient completion of all tasks • Coordinate and support a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction • Monitor workshop performance, productivity, and quality control • Maintain an organised and efficient workflow, managing parts and resources effectively • Assist in training and development for team members Preferred Experience: • Previous experience as a qualified automotive technician, with a solid understanding of repair and maintenance processes • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus • GWM/LDV or GM experience will be highly regarded, but not essential • Strong communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment At SCL Automotive , we value career growth and offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.
