We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil construction company based in Adelaide that specialises in subdivisions and infrastructure works across South Australia. About the Company This is a long-standing, family-owned business with a strong track record delivering projects for developers, councils, and utility providers. The Role – What You’ll Be Doing Managing civil projects from start to finish—planning, delivery, handover Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers Delivering works such as bulk earthworks, drainage, sewer, water, roadworks, concrete, electrical & comms Working with budgets, schedules, and project documentation Maintaining compliance with WHS, environmental, and QA systems Building strong working relationships with clients, councils & stakeholders What We’re Looking For 8–10 years’ experience in civil construction (not all as PM, but with solid site-based knowledge) Experience delivering subdivisions or related infrastructure projects Comfortable managing projects in the $0.5M–$10M range Solid understanding of civil works methods and plant Strong leadership and communication skills Based in or familiar with the Adelaide region Why This Role?
