We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a 4-week contract, starting immediately. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can step in and manage the full AP function with minimal guidance (there will be a handover!) You’ll be working on-site, five days per week, within a supportive and friendly team environment. The role You will take ownership of end-to-end Accounts Payable, including: High-volume invoice processing and 3-way matching Processing invoices in SAP Managing payment runs, including foreign currency payments Supplier reconciliations Handling supplier queries and maintaining relationships Managing the AP inbox Maintaining accurate vendor master data Assisting with month-end tasks and reporting Ensuring compliance with internal processes and controls About you Proven experience in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role Strong working knowledge of SAP (essential) Experience with foreign currency payments (essential) Able to start immediately Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Confident communicator with a practical, team-focused approach What’s on offer $40 – $42 per hour super Immediate start Full-time hours (5 days on site) Short-term contract with clear scope If you’re available now and comfortable stepping into a busy AP function, apply today.
