FRP Supervisor – Day Shift & Night Shift (2 Positions) Position Overview We are seeking two experienced FRP Supervisors to join a major construction project for a 5-month assignment . One position will oversee the Day Shift , and one position will oversee the Night Shift . These roles are ideal for hands-on construction supervisors with strong experience in FRP (Formwork, Reinforcement & Pouring) activities on complex structural projects. Candidates with DOKA jump form experience will be highly regarded. The successful applicants will play a key role in coordinating site activities, driving safety and quality outcomes, and ensuring construction works are delivered efficiently and to program. Positions Available FRP Supervisor – Day Shift FRP Supervisor – Night Shift Location Project based in the Wollongong / Sydney region, NSW . Applicants must: Be based locally in Wollongong or Sydney; or Be willing to relocate for the duration of the project (5 months). Accommodation can be provided for suitable non-local candidates. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily FRP construction activities across complex structural works Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and site resources to achieve project milestones Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications Monitor productivity, quality, and compliance across all FRP operations Lead pre-start meetings and toolbox talks Work closely with engineers, site management, and project stakeholders Identify and resolve on-site construction issues proactively Maintain strong safety leadership and enforce WHS requirements Ensure accurate reporting and shift handovers Required Experience & Skills Essential Demonstrated experience supervising FRP works Experience working on complex structural construction projects Strong understanding of: Formwork systems Reinforcement installation Concrete pouring operations Proven ability to lead crews and manage site activities effectively Strong communication and coordination skills Commitment to safety, quality, and program delivery Highly Regarded Experience with DOKA jump form systems Major infrastructure or large-scale commercial project experience Qualifications & Tickets Relevant trade qualification or construction industry experience White Card (mandatory) Relevant supervisory training/certifications preferred What’s on Offer 5-month project engagement Opportunity to work on a significant structural project Accommodation support available for relocating candidates Competitive remuneration package Strong project team and supportive site environment APPLY NOW - tom.johnson@coretalent.com.au or call 0426883921
