Overview $160-$165k super salary packaging benefits Relocation assistance on offer and temporary accommodation can be supplied 6 weeks annual leave This role is part of the Executive Leadership Team Role is vacant due to internal promotion Ongoing professional development and career progression Overseeing and supporting a team of Clinical Nurses The Role As the Clinical Manager, you will oversee the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, compliance and clinical governance. You will work closely with the leadership team and a dedicated care team to promote a positive, person-centred culture and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
