CONTESSI NOMINEES PTY LTD, trading as Kalbarri Escapes, located in Kalbarri WA 6536, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Accommodation and Hospitality Manager (nec) to join their team at Riverview Holiday Apartments. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accommodation facility to ensure smooth and efficient service Directing and coordinating reservation, front office, housekeeping, and guest services activities for the holiday apartments Managing bookings, check-in and check-out processes, and complex guest enquiries Monitoring and maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and property maintenance across the complex Controlling the selection, scheduling (rostering), basic training, and supervision of hospitality staff Supervising security arrangements, grounds, and common area maintenance to ensure a safe environment Overseeing local purchasing, budgeting, and administrative procedures related to the property Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements, hygiene standards, and operational procedures About you: Minimum of one year of relevant experience in accommodation or hospitality management (experience in holiday rentals or serviced apartments is highly regarded) Sound knowledge of accommodation operations, property management systems, guest services, and administrative procedures Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills to effectively manage staff and guest relations Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic coastal holiday environment Understanding of Australian workplace safety regulations, hygiene standards, and compliance requirements Job Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per annum
