Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an Advisor (Governance) to support the delivery of governance, reporting and project coordination activities across a major infrastructure program environment. This role will work within a high-performing governance team supporting large-scale transport infrastructure projects and regional program delivery activities. Key responsibilities of the role include: Preparing agendas and minutes for leadership meetings, steering committees and program boards Providing governance advice and analysis relating to project risks, financial data and program performance Developing and maintaining dashboards to monitor project risks, issues, budget spend and compliance activities Supporting monthly project and program reporting activities using 3PCM software Assisting with governance reporting requirements for infrastructure programs and projects Managing reporting relating to Government Election Commitments and Indigenous reporting requirements Liaising with external stakeholders and supporting financial and procurement governance processes Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and governance processes To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: Experience within governance, project coordination, reporting or program support environments Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Experience preparing board or committee documentation including agendas and minutes Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and/or experience using Power BI Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to interpret project, financial and risk data to support informed decision-making A current Class C Driver Licence and own vehicle This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to major infrastructure programs while building your experience within a dynamic governance and project delivery environment.
