Account Manager Wealth Management Operations $110k to $120k base super Sydney CBD - Hybrid Our client is a fast-growing fintech redefining how financial advisers manage client portfolios. Following a successful placement, they're looking for a second Account Manager cut from the same cloth — someone with a strong investment operations or funds administration background who genuinely enjoys client relationships and getting into detail. The role You'll be the primary operational contact for investment advisers on a wealth management platform spanning managed funds, super, and alternatives. Day-to-day you'll be resolving portfolio queries, maintaining data integrity, and making sure advisers can focus on their clients — not their admin. What you'll be doing Act as the trusted operational point of contact for investment advisers. Maintain client portfolios — cash/trade matching, managed asset creation, capital calls, term deposits, portfolio adjustments. Run daily control checks and QA to ensure data accuracy. Generate and distribute adviser, client, and tax reports. Manage portfolio return variation reporting. Coordinate outsourced team workflows and exception handling. Support adviser onboarding and ad-hoc administration. Collaborate with Relationship Managers to improve processes What they're looking for This role suits someone who has come through a structured financial services environment — think asset management, fund administration, investment platforms, or stockbroking — and brings both the technical ops knowledge and the client communication skills to match. Specifically: 1 years in investment operations, funds administration, or client services within financial services. Hands-on experience with corporate actions, portfolio administration, or managed fund operations. Exposure to private equity, venture capital, alternatives, or unlisted assets — capital calls, distributions, fund structures — is a strong advantage. Confident communicator who builds trust quickly with adviser-level clients. Sharp attention to detail with a natural drive to improve processes and fix what's broken.
