ABOUT THE ROLE This is a varied and hands-on People Culture and Capability Advisor role supporting leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with an experienced Head of People, Culture & Capability, you will provide trusted HR advice, coordinate end-to-end recruitment, support employee relations matters and contribute to culture and engagement initiatives. You will also play a key role in continuous improvement projects, reporting and systems administration while helping to deliver a positive and seamless employee experience across the organisation. DUTIES Provide timely and practical HR advice to leaders and employees Support performance, development and employee engagement initiatives Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes Prepare employment contracts, variations and HR documentation Assist with employee relations matters, investigations and case management Maintain HR systems, employee records and reporting dashboards Coordinate probation reviews, onboarding tasks and exit processes Contribute to wellbeing, recognition and diversity initiatives Review and improve People & Culture policies, procedures and processes Partner with stakeholders to support capability development programs SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline Previous experience in a People Culture & Capability, HR Advisor or similar role Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice Experience managing recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle activities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Experience using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation Previous exposure to HR reporting and data analysis highly regarded BENEFITS Flexible hybrid working with WFH options Opportunity to work in a purpose-driven organisation Exposure to broad HR projects and organisational initiatives Supportive and collaborative team culture Career development and progression opportunities Inclusive and values-led workplace environment Employee wellbeing and recognition initiatives OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS At Lotus People, we are committed to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion.
