We're looking for a skilled D365 ERP (FO) Developer to join Brandbank, where you'll design, build, and support scalable solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. In this role, you'll deliver end-to-end development across D365 F&O, including enhancements, integrations, upgrades, data migrations, and production support, as well as work across Store Commerce, SQL Server, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem. You'll collaborate with functional and technical teams, provide Level 3 support, and manage releases via Azure DevOps to ensure stable, high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement. THE ROLE: Design, develop, and support extensions, enhancements, defect fixes, data migrations, and integrations within D365 F&O Support Store Commerce (POS) solutions and enhancements Manage configuration, security, user access, environments, and optimisation Provide Level 3 support for incidents and service requests within SLAs Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure stability and performance Manage build, release, and deployment processes using Azure DevOps (Git/TFS) Ensure controlled, high-quality releases through structured deployment processes Partner with functional consultants, BAs, and vendors to translate requirements into technical solutions Provide technical guidance on scalable solution design Participate in cross-functional discussions on improvements and enhancements Monitor system performance and identify optimisation opportunities Support ongoing platform improvement initiatives Stay current with Microsoft technologies, including AI and automation tools On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 5 years' experience in D365 ERP (F&O) development and support Strong X experience (forms, reports, integrations, data migration, performance tuning) Experience with Azure DevOps for build and release management Exposure to SQL Server and Microsoft integration patterns Experience or willingness to learn Store Commerce (C# / TypeScript) Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and wider Microsoft ecosystem desirable Understanding of retail, finance, and/or supply chain processes highly regarded Retail industry experience advantageous Strong problem-solving and analytical ability Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams High attention to detail and quality focus Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) Microsoft certifications (D365 F&O Developer Associate) highly desirable WHY JOIN THE BRANDBANK GROUP TEAM?
