Job Description The Role We currently have an opportunity to join our growing Mandurah branch. As one of our Personal Bankers, you will be responsible for advocating Beyond Bank Australia’s core values and to deliver an exceptional service to our members that is aligned to our Member Ownership Strategy whilst achieving individual performance targets that contribute towards the overall branch performance. Some of your core duties will be to: Provide a local member owned banking experience to new and existing members Proactively connect members needs to Beyond Bank’s offerings through excellent listening skills Manage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our members Contribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethic Manage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactions Proactively assist members to identify short, medium, long-term needs and aspirations, and act on this information through proficient use of Banking Reviews and future follow ups. Provide timely advice on our range of financial products and services, offer personal banking solutions that meet members’ needs and are relevant to their life stage goals utilising the Beyond Bank Exceed model. Assist members with unsecured lending options, including personal loans and credit cards, providing clear information on terms, conditions, and repayment plans. Assist members with secured lending products such as home loans and car loans, ensuring they understand the features, benefits, fees, and charges, terms and conditions, and overall value created from the products and services presented Ensure members understand features, benefits, fees and charges, terms and conditions and overall value created from the products and services you present Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the member In the first 6 months you will: Exhibit Resilience, Drive, and Passion: Show a relentless attitude towards achieving goals and overcoming challenges.
