We are currently seeking experienced MR/HR Drivers for day shift and Warehouse Forklift Operators / Pick Packers for night shift to support our busy operations in Newcastle . Please be advised this is a fixed term contract until June 1st, 2026. Multiple Positions Available: Night Shift Warehouse Forklift Operators / Pick Packers: $46.16/hr OT Penalties MR/HR Multi Drop Drivers: $39.16 – $41.01/hr OT Penalties What’s on offer: Competitive Pay: Great hourly rates OT & Penalties. Day shift (Drivers): Monday to Friday Roster, starting at 5.00am Night shift (Warehouse): Sunday to Thursday roster, starting at 6.00pm Friendly, safety-focused workplace with training provided Staff discounts and company benefits MR/HR Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers Key Responsibilities: Perform multi-drop deliveries within Newcastle and surrounding areas Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time Handle and log delivery documentation accurately Communicate effectively with team members and customers What You’ll Need: Delivery experience: Previous multi-drop experience preferred but not essential – training provided Valid MR / HR licence Full working rights in Australia Positive attitude and strong work ethic Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to perform manual handling tasks throughout the shift Warehouse Forklift Operator / Pick Packer (Night Shift) Your Responsibilities: Safely load, unload, move, and stack products using a forklift Accurately pick and pack orders for dispatch Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets What You’ll Need: Previous warehouse experience preferred (food distribution experience a bonus) Valid forklift licence (required) Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks High attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills and team focus Important Details: Must have full working rights in Australia Role is based in Newcastle – please consider your commute Immediate start available Ready to start?
