HR Generalist / HR Advisor / People & Culture Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a true generalist role where you can make a genuine impact? Reporting directly to the HR Lead, you will play a key role across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. The Role: As the HR Generalist / HR Advisor, your responsibilities will include: Recruitment & Workforce Coordination Managing end-to-end recruitment across operational and corporate roles Coordinating advertising, screening, interviews, reference checks, and onboarding Supporting workforce planning and recruitment pipelines Partnering with leaders to identify staffing needs and workforce risks Employee Relations & Performance Management Acting as the first point of contact for employee relations matters Supporting investigations, grievances, conflict resolution, and performance concerns Assisting leaders with probation reviews and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) Maintaining accurate HR and ER documentation Compliance & HR Operations Managing staff compliance records and certification renewals Coordinating onboarding through Employment Hero and internal systems Supporting HR audits, reporting, and policy implementation Contributing to HR process improvements and culture initiatives This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about building positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance and best-practice HR processes. About You: To be successful in this role, you will bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a generalist HR role Strong employee relations experience Solid understanding of: SCHADS Award Fair Work legislation & NES WHS legislation HR compliance and ER processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused, and professional approach Experience with Employment Hero or similar HRIS platforms (highly regarded) Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline NDIS Worker Screening Check Current First Aid & CPR Certificates Completion of NDIS Modules (or willingness to obtain) Why Join?
