You’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything flowing, supports our teachers and make sure students feel welcome from their first enquiry through to completion. As the central point of contact, you’ll bring structure, clarity and a friendly, steady presence to a busy Program Area. From student systems and records to timetables, finance processes and short courses, your contribution supports smooth operations and positive student experiences. This is a backfill opportunity supporting a leave period, offering full-time hours until October 2026, then 0.6 FTE (22.8 hours per week) through to 31 December 2026 with potential to extend into 2027. Some key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to teaching teams Manage student administration across systems such as eCentral, Celcat, Gordon Online and TechOne Coordinate enrolments, block changes, withdrawals, refunds and student awards Support compliance activities, reporting and accurate data management Respond to enquiries from students, staff, employers and industry partners Assist with short course coordination If this opportunity sparks interest, check out the Position Description to find out more!
