The opportunity IMDEX are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to join a collaborative and high-performing finance team within our global organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, translating insights into meaningful outcomes, and partnering across the business to drive performance. In this role, you’ll support group-wide financial planning, reporting, and analysis, contributing to informed decision-making at both regional and executive levels. Key focus areas: Deliver accurate financial analysis, reporting, and insights Support budgeting and forecasting processes across the group Partner with stakeholders to monitor and improve performance Contribute to business decision-making through data-driven insights Key Responsibilities You will play a hands-on role across financial planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with regional teams and senior stakeholders, you’ll help ensure financial information is both accurate and meaningful. This will include: Support the annual budget process, monthly rolling forecasts, and ad hoc financial modelling Deliver monthly reporting and providing insightful financial analysis to support & drive decision making Partner with business teams to drive performance and inform decisions Analyse revenue, costs, margins, and key KPIs to identify trends Maintain and improve data quality, systems, and reporting automation Support continuous improvement of FP&A processes and systems To be successful You are a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and building strong relationships across teams. You bring a proactive approach and are comfortable managing multiple priorities. We’re looking for: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) Experience in a multi-national or matrix organisation Knowledge of financial planning processes and tools Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with data Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams A proactive, organised approach to managing deadlines At IMDEX - we do things differently IMDEX is a unique blend of technology and mining.
