Receptionist / Broker Administration Support North West Finance – Broome, WA Part-Time | School Hours Friendly North West Finance is seeking a professional, friendly and organised Receptionist / Broker Administration Support officer to join our close-knit and hard-working finance and mortgage broking team in Broome. This role is ideal for someone seeking part-time hours that fit around school schedules, with the opportunity to grow and progress within the business for the right person. About the Role Our valued clients are our number 1 priority. As the first point of contact for the office, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Your responsibilities will include: Answering incoming phone calls and responding to enquiries Greeting clients and managing appointments General administration and data entry Assisting brokers with file management Managing emails and office correspondence Liaising with lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders Maintaining an organised and professional office environment About You We're looking for someone who: Has excellent communication and customer service skills Is well presented, friendly and professional Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail Is confident with the Microsoft Office suite and has the ability to learn our industry-specific software systems Is able to work independently and within a small team environment Has previous administration, reception or customer service experience Experience in finance, banking, conveyancing or real estate will be highly regarded but is not essential.
