Preschool Teacher Full Time – St Nicks Botanica Campus St Nicks Early Learning is seeking an experienced Preschool Room Leader to join our team at St Nicks Botanica . These roles are ideal for confident educators who are passionate about high-quality early childhood education and enjoy mentoring and leading a collaborative teaching team. About You To be considered for this role, you must: Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) degree Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Room Leader role Be confident developing and implementing curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework Demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills Be passionate about early childhood education and collaborative team practice The Role As a Room Leader, you will guide the educational program and daily operations of a preschool learning environment. Key responsibilities include: Developing and implementing a rich, engaging educational curriculum Observing, documenting, and extending children’s learning through project-based approaches Leading the daily organisation of the room , including routines, transitions, and learning experiences and coordinating staff breaks and room coverage Mentoring and supporting educators within the team Building strong relationships with children and families Contributing positively to a reflective and creative team culture Our Educational Approach St Nicks Early Learning is a warm, community-focused early education service grounded in creative, meaningful learning.
