About the role We are seeking a diligent and organised Client Service Administrator to join our growing Accounting Team in Bundall, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and administrative assistance to our valued clients. What you'll be doing Setting up corporate structuring documents for new and existing clients Responding to client inquiries and correspondence in a timely and professional manner Managing client files and records to ensure accuracy and organisation Assisting with the preparation of client financial documents packages Collaborating with the accounting and advisory teams to provide seamless client service Performing general administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the office What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar client service or administrative role, preferably in the accounting, legal or financial services industry Must have experience and knowledge in corporate structuring such as setting up new companies and trusts for clients. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service Having worked with Xero, XPM and ACIS previously would be a big plus Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook A passion for working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenge What we offer At the Boutique Business House , we are committed to fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
