Located at Broadbeach, Gold Coast, QLD, is a great opportunity available for a reliable, energetic and hard working person. The duties and responsibilities cover all aspects of servicing and cleaning body corporate areas and common property ie, Foyers, Tennis Courts, pools, sauna, steam room and Gym. Ensuring that the grounds and facilities are maintained and cleaned to a high standard and that the equipment is well-presented at all times. Reporting necessary maintenance and improvement works to grounds, accommodation and facilities. Liaising with residents The ability to carry out instructions with efficient and appropriate procedures and record-keeping. Ensuring that high standards of presentation, customer service, OHS & risk management, maintenance and cleanliness are achieved and maintained. The interested person would ideally demonstrate that they have the following skills and experiences: Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem solving skills A good level of communication skills Demonstrate commitment to customer satisfaction Flexible attitude to work and work hours Understanding WH&S responsibilities Ability to follow general routines and instructions High attention to detail Eagerness to work, with proven reliability and great presentation This position is a casual position. Approximately 18-26 hrs per week. We are seeking someone with flexibility as the position will include early morning start times and weekend work. Your remuneration will be negotiated and this position is available to commence from mid-June 2026. Note: This role could possibly suit a part-time / full-time tertiary student or semi-retired person offering some flexibility of working hours.
