The Position As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work with children and adults with behavioural difficulties across clinic, home, school, and community settings. Key responsibilities include: Conducting behavioural support assessments Writing behavioural support plans Delivering behavioural support interventions, including 1:1 and group-based support Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment To be successful in this role, applicants should demonstrate: Experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a similar role At least Proficient BSP registration The ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations Strong communication skills with parents, carers, and stakeholders The ability to work autonomously and as part of a specialist multidisciplinary team A genuine passion for supporting children and adults with behavioural difficulties What’s On Offer?
