The Membership Services Officer will be responsible for provide an outstanding experience and service to members and supporters with genuine care and connection to detail every point of contact. You will be responsible for: Inbound and outbound membership sales and service. Delivering outstanding care and service to our members and supporters. Keeping abreast to all membership products. Proactively provide solutions to members to exceed their expectations and needs. Continually improving our member contact information (database). Achieving overall membership and ticketing revenue targets. What you need to be successful: Previous experience in a customer service and or sales role, both over the phone and in person Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word Intermediate knowledge of databases and the capability to learn industry specific applications (Archtics) Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, positively representing the business at all time. Intermediate to advanced MS Office and sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Ability communicate with different levels of staff, senior management across the organisation and external clients.
