About the Role We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Diamond Drillers to join our drilling team. As a Diamond Driller, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining drilling equipment to obtain core samples safely and efficiently in accordance with company and client standards. ������ What You’ll Be Doing Operating and maintaining modern surface diamond drill rigs Leading and mentoring off-siders/driller’s assistants Producing high-quality core samples to client specifications Conducting daily pre-starts, equipment checks, and site safety procedures Troubleshooting and problem-solving in remote, high-demand environments ������ What We Need From You Proven experience in surface diamond drilling (essential) Strong mechanical aptitude and safety-first mindset HR or MC Licence Required Ability to work 12-hour shifts in remote WA conditions Current police clearance ability to pass full pre-employment medical & DAS Ability to FIFO from Perth or DIDO depending on site ������ What We Offer Highly competitive WA industry pay rates bonuses Stable, ongoing work with long-term projects Quality camp facilities Modern, well-maintained rigs and great onsite support Opportunities for advancement to Lead Driller / Supervisor role
