Atlas Recruitment are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of day-to-day construction site operations of industrial projects (up to $25m) across Adelaide and surrounding regions. You'll be the on-site authority — driving safe delivery, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and keeping projects on time and on budget. About the role Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll lead all site activities from safety and set-out through to subcontractor coordination and materials management. You'll work across a variety of project types and sites throughout SA. Your responsibilities will include: • Onboarding of trades & visitors to site • Verifying licences, competencies, and PPE compliance for all personnel • Managing the work programme and reporting variances to the Project Manager • Coordinating subcontractors through weekly meetings and regular briefings • Monitoring subcontractor performance against scope, quality, and schedule • Overseeing setting out, survey records, and as-constructed documentation • Managing materials — requisitions, deliveries, storage, and supply registers • Ensuring site security at the end of each working day • Attending client meetings and preparing agenda items as required • Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional site at all times What you'll need: • Experience in Industrial Projects up to $25 - Demonstrated end to end experience • Current Driver's Licence • Senior first aid certificate • Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, plans, and specifications • Proven experience in construction site management and scheduling • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills Desirable: • Formal qualifications in Building or Construction • Procore experience Salary Expections - $130-160supertool of the trade vehicle If you're a hands-on Site Manager who takes pride in running safe, well-organised projects, we'd love to hear from you.
