Thermacon Insulation is a Family Owned and operated company of 25 years within the industry. We are seeking a highly experienced, detail-oriented Office Support Administrator to support order entry in a busy office environment. This role requires someone who can work efficiently under pressure, manage a high volume of orders, think quickly, and confidently handle phone calls while maintaining accurate records. This role requires a punctual start time of 7:30am. Key Responsibilities: Accurately capture and process an extremely high volume of customer orders Maintain and update delivery books Book couriers and coordinate deliveries and collections Keep accurate, up-to-date records of drawdown orders Track, record, and reconcile Cash on Delivery (COD) payments Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally Respond to customer emails and internal queries in a timely manner Ensure all documentation and records are well organized and current Key Skills & Requirements: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment Proven ability to manage a high volume of incoming orders Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure Confident and professional telephone manner High attention to detail and accuracy Good computer literacy and administrative skills Previous order processing experience highly advantageous but not essential to be considered for the role. To be successful in this role you will need: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Great organization and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail. Good knowledge of MS Office products, including Excel. Experience using ERP systems (MYOB and/or EXO experience would be well regarded, but not essential).
