Every shift, you’ll play an important role in helping participants maintain their independence, engage in their interests, and feel genuinely supported in their daily lives. We’re currently recruiting support workers across multiple SIL homes in Christies Beach and surrounding suburbs, supporting participants with varying support needs including community access, personal care, daily living assistance, and positive behaviour support. This role is ideal for someone calm, patient, reliable, and genuinely passionate about person-centred support.
