About the Role: We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused team member to join our branch at Cetnaj in Tweed Heads on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you will play an important part in delivering exceptional service to customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch. Key Responsibilities Providing counter sales support and preparing customer quotes Responding to customer enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers Assisting with stock control, including restocking shelves and picking/packing orders Supporting the wider team with general branch duties and additional tasks as required About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in sales and/or customer service Strong communication and relationship-building skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Excellent verbal and written communication abilities A current driver’s licence Full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available for this position) Why Join Us?
