This is a key leadership position overseeing daily operations while supporting and coordinating a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as surprises. The office manager will also help us achieve organisational efficiency by nurturing a positive, inclusive work environment. This role will include some hours on the reception desk where you will be required to greet clients, answer phones, make appointments and take payments. Due to the necessity to understand how reception operates, there may be a need to start slowly in training for this role with initial training being a few days just working in the reception role. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations and service delivery ensuring a friendly and personal experience for clients Supervise the Clinical Support Team, providing adequate guidance, training, and mentorship when necessary Strengthen and maintain a positive, collaborative team environment Ensure smooth operations for the organisation and implement preventive measures for potential issues Implement and improve policies, procedures, and operational flow. Coordinate resources and cultivate relationships with clients Respond to inquiries from clients, practitioners, and management professionally and with care.
