MSO Account Manager – FMCG Are you an experienced FMCG professional with a strong track record managing MSO groups across Australia? Do you excel at building strategic partnerships, driving category growth, and delivering strong in-store execution? Retail Tasker is seeking a highly motivated National MSO Account Manager to work across a portfolio of established FMCG brands within the independent grocery channel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep knowledge of Australia’s independent grocery landscape and proven experience working with key MSO groups including Cornetts, Ritchies, Khan’s, Farmer Jack’s, Drakes, Jones Retail Group, Romeo’s and others. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing national business plans with MSO groups, strengthening retailer partnerships, and ensuring strong commercial outcomes for our brand partners. You will work closely with Brand Managers and field teams to deliver strategic growth initiatives, promotional activity, and best-in-class in-store execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute national business plans across MSO groups Negotiate ranging opportunities, promotional activity, and layout improvements Build and maintain strong relationships with key MSO stakeholders Collaborate with Brand Managers to align on strategic objectives and priorities Analyse performance data and identify growth opportunities using reporting platforms including Power BI Support and guide field execution to ensure successful implementation at store level Drive compliance and visibility for brands across the independent grocery network Skills & Experience Essential Requirements: ✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience managing MSO groups across Australia ✔ Previous experience as both a Field Manager and Field Representative within FMCG ✔ Strong understanding of the independent grocery retail environment ✔ Proven ability to negotiate and influence outcomes with retail partners ✔ High-level communication and relationship management skills ✔ Strong IT capability including Excel, PowerPoint, reporting platforms, and ideally Power BI What We Offer Casual opportunity offering approximately 18–38 hours per week Competitive hourly rate of $45 per hour Opportunity to work with recognised FMCG brands Collaborative and supportive national team environment Career development opportunities within the FMCG industry What’s Next?
