Winstory is made up of 5 brands South Gippsland Dental, Phoenix Dental Implants, Visage Dento-Facial Cosmetics, Rapid Response Dental and QS Denture Studio that looks after general dental, emergency dental needs, cosmetic dentistry and dento-facial which brings dental, facial and skin care together to create a holistic beauty and health outcome for our clients. Our group of companies is led by Dr Dean Kim, visionary CEO and Founder with a distinguished background in both dentistry and aesthetic medicine. Our challenge is that we run many different marketing activities from paid SEO to TV Ads, and have some marketing partners helping, however with no one internally responsible for this function, the team is sharing the work which means there is not enough focus on this key function. There is no clear tracking system and no centralised way to see what is working, what is not. While data “exists”, it is not clearly and visibly recorded or accessible. Our vision is to continually scale and grow. But first we need someone who can take charge and bring everything together so we have clear reporting and stats for leads and costs to know our ROI. You can create content or you can direct our team to produce the content you need. But we want YOU to be in charge of coordinating, advising, pushing and directing. Your first important milestone will be to build a centralised, measurable tracking system for all marketing so we can get clear data and reporting. You will be “the” go-to person for all marketing related matters, and you will liaise fairly closely with our founder and manager who can support you where needed. Work location is hybrid and flexible, you must be able to travel to Leongatha at least once a week.
