The Role This is a hands-on role at the centre of the FightHQ showroom experience. You’ll be responsible for: Delivering exceptional customer service and product support Building genuine relationships with customers and the local fight community Helping customers choose the right gear and equipment for their training Opening and closing the showroom Cash handling and POS operations Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders Managing transfer lists and supporting stock movement Restocking products and maintaining displays Maintaining showroom presentation, cleanliness, and organisation Supporting day-to-day showroom systems and tasks Working closely with the wider FightHQ and gym teams This role directly impacts customer experience, operational standards, and the overall energy of the FightHQ space. What We’re Looking For Positive, proactive people who take ownership and care about doing things properly. You’ll bring: Strong communication and customer service skills High attention to detail The ability to work independently without constant direction Confidence using technology and POS systems A strong work ethic and team-first attitude Passion for combat sports or fight culture is highly regarded Retail, showroom, or customer service experience is preferred Weekend availability as part of a casual roster Attitude, reliability, and initiative matter more than experience.
