We are currently seeking experienced Underground Shift Supervisors to join our operations across Southern Australia. This role suits someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys leading a reliable, high-performing team in a demanding underground mining environment. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting site leadership in effectively implementing safety systems and initiatives to improve overall safety performance, while providing daily supervision of mine working areas in compliance with all relevant Acts, Regulations, and site policies, procedures, work instructions, and standards. You will ensure the mine operates efficiently to meet production targets and client expectations, conduct daily work planning and toolbox meetings to align crews, and demonstrate visible leadership through regular on-site interactions. This role is offered on an 14:14 roster across Southern Australian mine sites.
