Reporting directly to the Manager, the Games Master’s hold a critical position within the company and will be our ‘Customer Ambassadors’ for each and every visitor. Key Responsibilities: Providing an exceptional customer experience to all our clients Captivating guests by providing an enthusiastic and detailed game experience Checking and managing online booking systems, both portal and direct enquiries Working as part of the team to ensure customers are guided through the experiences Making sure that the games are ready to play, in good condition and report any problems Monitoring games, completing reports and general cleaning duties Key Attributes: Be fun, positive and energetic in your approach to life Personable with outstanding customer experience skills Able to think on your feet and problem-solve Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) Responsible yet slightly extroverted!
