Join an award winning team of industry recognised performers of excellence Network Pacific Strata Management is seeking an assistant Body Corporate Manager who is looking to join a young and dynamic body corporate management company with an expanding portfolio of varied clients. The responsibilities in the role we are seeking in a quality candidate include the following: Organise Strata Management meetings and distribution of notice of meeting. Organising minutes of Strata Management meetings and distribution of minutes Attend meetings and take minutes as required. Complete Strata Management documentation as required and Implement customer service strategies. Collect and process property information and reports as requested by a more senior person. Assist with preparation of correspondence as required by client bodies corporate Arrange for statutory notices to be issued Liaise with committee members, owners and contractors as required Assist with management functions for a portfolio of clients on a day-to-day basis Be active in promoting and developing the business of Network Pacific Strata Management Deliver exceptional outcomes for clients Under instructions from a more senior person: Prepare documentation for General Meetings and Committee Meetings, including preparing and reviewing financial reports. Lodgement of claims via brokers and, where applicable, directly with the Insurer. Obtain quotes for maintenance and repairs of properties and facilities. Prepare and distribute charge letters, including raising the relevant invoice in Stratamax. Prepare and issue charge dispute letters to MFB and Prepare and distribute circulars to residents of Bodies Corporate Such other tasks that are lawfully instructed from time to time. Work Experience & Skills: A minimum of one years' experience in the body corporate/strata management sector Sound knowledge of the Body Corporate and Community Management Act and associated Regulation Modules Proficiency in the StrataMax software package Intermediate to advanced skill with Microsoft Office software Proven success in customer service and issues resolution. Sound IT skills Exceptional customer service and communication skills Excellent time management and problem solving skills Enthusiasm and self-motivation with a desire to succeed within the strata management sector Professional presentation Current Driver’s Licence Police Check prior to commencement Core Competencies Service Orientation - understands customer / client expectations and responds to their needs in a proactive way in accordance with the relevant legislation.
