Our Venue: The Metropole Hotel is located on Townsville’s bustling Palmer Street. Newly renovated, the hotel is a stylish yet relaxed venue with a rich history among locals. We blend dining, gaming and versatile event spaces all into one package. Our menu caters to a range of diverse tastes and celebrates pub classics and creative twists on traditional dishes. Due to growth and internal progression, we are seeking a full time Cook to join our team. This position requires the availability to work weekdays and nights, weekends, split shifts and public holidays across a 7-day roster.
