Now Recruiting: TMA Operators, WTM/AWTM,& Traffic Controllers LGC Traffic Management is expanding our Mandurah Peel Region operations and we are seeking qualified and experienced TMA Operators , WTM/AWTM , and Traffic Controllers to join our growing team. We offer a wide variety of local and away works, consistent casual shifts, and ongoing training for those looking to build a career in traffic management. Important: Only applicants who currently hold BWTM & TC accreditation , meet the minimum requirements , and have relevant experience will be considered. Minimum requirements: Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM) Accreditation Traffic Controller (TC) Accreditation Construction Induction White/Blue Card Current Driver’s Licence (minimum C class) TMA experience (highly valued) WTM & AWTM Accreditation (highly valued) Current National Police Clearance Key responsibilities: Perform all tasks associated with traffic management for works or events, Use of Stop/Slow Bat or PTCDs to control traffic, Complete all required site documentation, Monitor site safety in line with the companies Policies and Procedures, Implement and monitor Traffic Management Plans, Load and unload vehicles with signage and equipment, Report on site hazards and near misses, Monitor traffic behaviour and or flow to ensure safety is maintained at all times, Obey instructions from team leaders, auditors and managers, Control traffic, pedestrians and cyclists to protect maintenance workers, work crews and members of the public.
